Working with the MosaiQ Assistant

To start working with the MosaiQ Assistant:
Type your query in the bar saying "Ask the assistant anything" at the bottom of the page
Once the query is out, the assistant immediately starts analyzing the data
It will then prepare and tailor the answer based on the selected data (the article/s selected)
Once the answer is ready it will show in the assistant box together with citations to know from where in the original text the information has been extrapolated
It will also provide a link to the original file at the bottom of the search
To begin a new chat click on "+ New Chat" at the top of the page
Limit search to the selected articles
By default the MosaiQ Assistant will interact with the whole content of the project (all articles, independently of their format), unless you want the assistant to limit the search to only certain article.

To select the desired articles, click on the check-box before the article's name. The MosaiQ Assistant will automatically focus the search on the selected articles.
Restrict information to current chat answer

Next to "Chat to - Project content" you will find a toggle (the rectangular shaped looking button with a circle in the middle) that allows you to choose whether you would like the Assistant to:
Continue retrieving relevant information from the whole database to answer your query
Limiting or restricting the source of information to the answers provided in the current chat only
AI Credits/New Chat/Templates/History

On the top navigation bar of MosaiQ Assistant you will find:
Your current AI credits (you need AI credits to interact with the MosaiQ Assistant. Click here to know more)
The option to start a New Chat
The option to open and start organising your deliverable in a Template
Your search History (all your previous interactions with the assistant)
Expand the MosaiQ Assistant to full screen mode
Sometimes it is handy to have the full screen available to focus on the assistant interactions and leave the white noise behind. If that sounds familiar, here's how to achieve that:
Open the MosaiQ Assistant
With your mouse click on the bar on the left side of the MosaiQ Assistant chat
Drag the bar to the left to expand the chat
Decide whether you want to work on a full screen mode or any other size in between
Your files will appear on the left side of the screen, grouped by type
Hover over the file boxes to see the content
